Square Enix offering free login campaign for inactive players in Final Fantasy XIV Online

To celebrate the successful launch of the latest expansion Shadowbringers, Square Enix is offering a free six-day period of gameplay for players that have been inactive for 30 days or more. This campaign coincides with this year’s Moonfire Faire seasonal event for players that are level 30 or higher.

Following the successful worldwide debut of FINAL FANTASY® XIV: Shadowbringers™ last month, SQUARE ENIX® invites players to return and experience the critically acclaimed MMORPG free for up to six days. Beginning today through August 16, 2019, players who have been inactive for at least 30 days can log into their game account and use the opportunity to reconnect with friends, enjoy ongoing seasonal events, or upgrade to the award-winning FINAL FANTASY XIV: Shadowbringers expansion pack and begin their adventure in the First.

Players new to Final Fantasy XIV Online can download a free trial to access content up to level 35, create up to eight playable characters, and experience different playable races, classes, and jobs without a limit on playtime.

The Moonfire Faire event is live from now until August 26th, 2019 at 7:59 PDT. The free login campaign is available now through August 16th, 2019. For more information, visit the official website.
