Spec Ops: The Line Community Trailer

Spec Ops: The Line was announced more than two years ago, meaning it’s probably been in development for at least three.  It’s also set in a hypothetical near-future in which the gleaming, opulent metropolis of Dubai has been ravaged by a cataclysmic sandstorm, substituting the surging flood waters of a North American hurricane with dunes of suffocating dust that never recede.

I just wanted to make the history and premise clear in case anything you see in this trailer for Yager’s long-awaited military shooter seemed evocative of any news headlines you might have read coming out of other Middle Eastern countries this week.

 

 

Spec Ops: The Line is due out for the PC, PS3, and 360 on June 26th.
