Sony has announced plans to host a one-night-only event in which select scenes from The Last of Us will be performed live for an audience.
The event, detailed through a post on the PlayStation Blog, will feature the game’s principal cast doing readings under the direction of the game’s director Neil Druckmann. The game’s score composer, Gustavo Santaolalla will also perform songs from the game’s soundtrack.
Actors confirmed to make an appearance at the event include Troy Baker, Ashley Johnson, Merle Dandridge, Hana Hayes, and Annie Wersching.
Tickets for the free event have already sold out, but fans can tune into the event through Sony’s livestreams through Twitch, Youtube and the PlayStation Network.
The Last of Us: One Night Live will take place on July 28th at 7 PM PT.
The following day The Last of Us: Remastered comes to PlayStation 4, which was recently confirmed to have a whopping 50 GB mandatory install size, likely due to its visual upgrade from the PlayStation 3 version.
