EA just made my day by announcing that DICE is developing a new Mirror’s Edge game during their E3 press conference. The game is being built on the Frostbite engine and will continue to be a first-person parkour style action adventure romp. The website for the game, aside from being utterly sexy, contains a few goodies like wallpapers and a blog post from the senior producer.
No word on platform or release date yet, and the game is still early in its development cycle so we’re not expecting anything playable at the show this week.
