PC Gaming Show unveils their favorite upcoming 2026 releases

The PC Gaming Show always kills it, and they did it again with their latest showcase. The PC Gaming Show: Most Wanted Powered by Xbox Game Pass dropped yesterday, with a lot of awesome new trailers and more. You can rewatch the show below, and also take a look at everything announced.

LONDON/NEW YORK – The PC Gaming Show: Most Wanted Powered by Xbox Game Pass took place today and counted down the 25 most anticipated PC games, as voted for by a council of over 120 industry luminaries, journalists, celebrities and content creators. You can re-watch the show on PC Gamer’s YouTube and Twitch channels, as well as wishlist the games on Steam. The show was hosted by Frankie Ward, with co-host Midas and narration from Amelia Tyler (Baldur’s Gate 3, Hades II, Warframe).

In addition to the Most Wanted list the show also featured over 15 world premieres, new trailers, updates and announcements for dozens of upcoming titles including:

Night Swarm

Kicking off the pre-show, Night Swarm is available now. This is a "bullet heaven" Vampire Survivors-like where you summon dark allies and tear through your foes.

Blood: Refreshed Supply

Also featured in the pre-show is a trip down memory lane. Blood: Refreshed Supply is out now. This is a rework of the classic 1997 FPS.

Shogunate - WORLD PREMIERE

Samurai space opera Sol Shogunate kicked off the main show. It's a story of vengeance, steel, bioceramic and blood. Carve your way through rival clans and fight deadly bosses to a banging J-rock soundtrack.

Substructure - WORLD PREMIERE

Substructure is a dark factory game that packs a hidden world beneath the one you're automating.

Carmaggedon: Rogue Shift - WORLD PREMIERE

Carmaggedon: Rogue Shift is the Death Race tie-in we never got, filled to the brim with weapons, wild rides, and zombies. Get ready to shift into high gear.

Rogue Point

Plan, adapt, and overcome the odds in Rogue Point, a new PvE FPS game that brings a sense of humor to co-op heists.

Nutmeg!

Nutmeg! sees the beautiful game reimagined as though you're a kid playing with trading cards. It's a unique spin on football for players who prefer to strategize than kick a ball about.

MIO: Memories in Orbit

MIO: Memories in Orbit casts you as an android exploring a technological ark called the Vessel that's been reclaimed by nature. A demo is available now.

Ferocious

Befriend dinosaurs so they will aid you in taking down enemy outposts by charging horn-first into them. First-person shooter Ferocious is available today.

Animalkind

Choose your cute critter from a selection of corgi, raccoon, and kitty, and then pilot a hulking mech to build an adorable town in the woods for you and your animal pals.

Ex Sanguis

Ex Sanguis is all about gothic, demonic mistresses raining blood onto the Earth. This is a roguelite where you will warp time and space to save the dying world from the forces of Stasis.

Neath - WORLD PREMIERE

Neath is a new game from the creators of Rogue Legacy 1 and 2. Dictate the actions of your squad and your enemies as you move through an inverted tower being warped by the whims of a God.

Dogpile

Merge small dogs. Make bigger dogs. Merge them again for even bigger dogs. Dogpile is a new deckbuilder where you enjoy the game with absolutely ludicrous combos and doggo powers like Barky and Sleepy.

Cairn

A survival game about climbing a peak never before bested. You have to plan each step and handhold of your journey up Mount Kami if you want to survive the perilous ascent.

Lunar Strike

Lunar Strike is a narrative-driven sci-fi game where you have to preserve the past to save the future. Those who prefer to seek non-violent solutions to problems should take note, as there's no combat in the game.

Killing Floor 3

Killing Floor 3 Season 2: Operation Breakout went live during the PC Gaming Show: Most Wanted, reintroducing the horrifying Stalker enemy to the co-op FPS.

Battlestar Galactica: Scattered Hopes

In Battlestar Galactica: Scattered Hopes, you have to lead your fleet to salvation as you flee the annihilation of the Twelve Colonies. Part RTS, part roguelite, all Battlestar Galactica.

Eteo - WORLD PREMIERE

Eteo is a new studio founded by the creative director of Sable, Gregorios Kythreotis. Eteo’s philosophy is one of sustainable development, and it's already working with Outersloth to bring a new game to life. You can also sign up for their design newsletter.

Soulmask Shifting Sands DLC

Soulmask is launching into 1.0 in Spring 2026, and it's getting a new Egyptian Gods-themed DLC to go along with it. The Shifting Sands DLC swaps the jungles of the Americas for harsh desert. Don new masks and create magnificent Solar Barques in the next chapter of this survival adventure.

Epoch Reset - WORLD PREMIERE

Explore present-day Hong Kong and the Tokyo of 2069 in Epoch Reset, a time-bending 2.5D anime adventure where you play as the creator of the time machine. Wishlist it on Steam to stay up to date.

Starship Troopers: Ultimate Bug War! - WORLD PREMIERE

This world premiere reveal comes with an announcement from actor Casper Van Dien. General Johnny Rico returns in Starship Troopers: Ultimate Bug War, a fantastically retro FPS game that lets you take the fight back to the Arachnid menace.

Queen’s Domain - WORLD PREMIERE

Queen's Domain is a first-person RPG inspired by the likes of King's Field. This will send you straight back to the mid 2000s in the best way possible, so make sure you've packed a health potion and your best sword when you set out to find your father on the shores of the Isle of Neasied.

DarkSwitch

DarkSwitch is a tower defence-style strategy game where you have to defend your sanctuary from those that would try and take it from you.

Hello Sunshine

Hello Sunshine imagines a world that exists in the ruins of vast companies. It's also got giant robots and a jarringly cutesy UI. Stay in the shadow of your robo pal during the day to stay out of the boiling sun and huddle up next to them at night for warmth.

High on Life 2

This may be one of the wackiest FPS games ever made. In the PC Gaming Show: Most Wanted, we learned how skateboarding went from "dumb idea" to being so good the team "designed everything else around it".

Last Flag

The PC Gaming Show: Most Wanted went to LA to film this documentary and learn more about Last Flag, a capture-the-flag hero shooter from a studio founded by Imagine Dragons manager Mac Reynolds and his brother, lead singer Dan.

Witchspire

Witchspire is the creature tamer and building game that lets your magical self run wild and free. Use spells to chop trees down and make your perfect little cottage out in the woods.

Tamer Town

Raising your critters isn't just about training and battling, they also need a good environment to thrive in. That's why in Tamer Town, not only do you catch and fight your Mokiton, but you build them a cosy place to call home.

Crimson Desert

Crimson Desert is an action RPG with mechs to pilot, dragons you can fly, and a slew of tough bosses to face off against. It'll be out on March 19, 2026.

Spellcasters Chronicles

Spellcasters Chronicles, developed and published by Quantic Dream, is a 3v3 strategy action multiplayer where you fire off devastating spells at your foes and summon hordes of critters. There's a closed beta you can sign up for right now.

When Sirens Fall Silent - WORLD PREMIERE

From the creator of Martha is Dead comes an eerie new horror game: When Sirens Fall Silent. The trailer is one of intrigue and plot twists, showing not everything you see on TV is real, no matter how disturbing it is. Digging deep into themes of human trafficking, misogyny and trauma, make sure you're ready before you play this.

Modulus

Modulus lets you build a beautiful and efficient assembly line that spans multiple floating islands. It seems like something else is going on, but the trailer only gives us a tease, so you'll have to play the demo to find out more.

Guild Wars Reforged

Step back into the world of Tyria and re-experience the classic MMORPG with new and improved visuals and quality-of-life features. Guild Wars Reforged is out now.

Wardrum - WORLD PREMIERE

A musical world premiere. March to the beat of the drum in Wardrum, the rhythm roguelite that will make you understand the purpose of those guys who went into battle armed with nothing but a percussion instrument.

Den of Wolves

The FPS Den of Wolves trailer shows that you'll need good teamwork and a quick trigger finger to survive the heists on offer from the Payday 2 developers. Don't be like the lucky guy who got to try it out for himself and was the first one to break stealth.

Last Man Sitting

Last Man Sitting has undergone a complete visual and gameplay transformation. Ride around the office on a spinny chair and shoot up robotic appliances that have come to life. If you've always hated that pesky printer on the third floor that jams and makes you late to meetings, now's your chance for revenge.

Streets of Fortuna

Live out your own rags to riches story in Streets of Fortuna, a new sandbox set in a procedurally generated city. There's no class system, just go and live however you want to secure the life you deserve. Steal, persuade, bribe, your story is yours to tell.

Luna Abyss

Luna Abyss is an upcoming narrative FPS set in a megastructure on an imposter moon. Play as Fawkes, a prisoner condemned to spend the rest of their life imprisoned there.

Remnant Protocol

Capital under siege. An unknown enemy. The blessed mother possibly dead. Things aren't looking hopeful in Remnant Protocol, an upcoming flight sim and space strategy game. It has stunning sci-fi visuals and sound effects, and puts you right into the cockpit so you can get at the heart of the action.

Rivage - WORLD PREMIERE

From the publishers of Blue Prince, Rivage is a sci-fi puzzle game set on a space station locked in a time loop above a far away planet. Maybe some of the worst odds you can face in the cosmos.

Rhell: Warped Worlds & Troubled Times

This delightful-looking game will challenge your out of the box thinking skills. You can combine all sorts of magical effects to create weird and wonderful combinations, like turning a clone of yourself into a puddle so its weight can keep a button pressed down.

Be My Horde

In Be My Horde, out now, you'll become the necromancer and turn your fallen foes against their former allies. It's deliciously wicked.

Space Warlord Baby Trading Simulator - WORLD PREMIERE

Developer 1047 Games is relaunching Splitgate 2 as SPLITGATE: Arena Reloaded. No more classes, no more abilities, just you, your guns, and your portals. This is a back-to-basics return to form that brings back everything that made Splitgate stand out. Launching December 17, still free-to-play.

Springs, Eternal - WORLD PREMIERE

This unsettling game is Springs, Eternal, the first full-sized title from Gone Home developer Steve Gaynor since 2017's Tacoma. Explore the supposedly peaceful retreat of Stillwater Springs and uncover what brought you there in the first place.

DAMON and BABY combines top down shooting and exploration, and pairs up a demon and a small baby. This is exactly the kind of ridiculous stuff that makes video games so great.

Explore a procedural open world and survive during a time when everyone wants your loot for themselves. If you crave the freedom of the seven seas and don't mind getting some sand in your boots, this may be the perfect survival game for you.
