Paizo has teamed up with Harvinger Studios for a 1/12-scale action figure line. Fumbus the Goblin Alchemist debuted at the Titan Toy Expo, with future collaborations to follow:
Paizo, publisher of the internationally acclaimed Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, and Harvinger Studios, creator of the Savage Crucible premium fantasy action figure line, are proud to announce a new collaboration bringing characters and creatures from the world of Pathfinder to collectors in highly articulated 1/12-scale action figure form.
Through this collaboration, Harvinger Studios will develop a series of Pathfinder figures designed to complement the established Savage Crucible universe and its growing collection of fantasy warriors, monsters, creatures, and accessories. The partnership brings together two brands built around expansive fantasy worlds, character-driven storytelling, customization, and imaginative play.
Harvinger debuted 3D renders of their first Pathfinder action figure, Fumbus the Goblin Alchemist, at the Titan Toy Expo in Nashville today. The figure is currently scheduled for a 2027 release. Additional hero and monster figures will soon follow. Fans can follow future announcements through Savage Crucible, Harvinger Studios, and Paizo’s official channels.

“Pathfinder is an incredible universe filled with exactly the kind of characters and creatures that inspired us to create Savage Crucible in the first place,” said Rob Post, owner of Harvinger Studios. “This collaboration gives us the opportunity to bring some truly iconic Pathfinder designs into 1/12 scale while maintaining the articulation, sculpting, accessories, and level of detail Savage Crucible collectors expect. We could not be more excited to work with Paizo and introduce Pathfinder to our growing figure line.”
The Pathfinder collection will use the Savage Crucible 1/12-scale format, allowing the figures to integrate naturally alongside existing Savage Crucible releases while remaining faithful to Pathfinder's visual identity.
Collectors can expect detailed sculpts, extensive articulation, character-specific accessories, and the modularity and interchangeability that have become hallmarks of the Savage Crucible line.
“As a lifelong fan of action figures, I’m thrilled to partner with Harvinger Studios on a new range of Pathfinder figures,” said Erik Mona, Paizo’s Publisher and Chief Creative Officer. “Harvinger’s initial jaw-dropping sculpts and their proven experience making amazing figures sets the stage for a perfect partnership, and we cannot wait to see what’s to come!”
A Natural Meeting of Fantasy Worlds
Since its introduction, Savage Crucible has focused on building a broad fantasy ecosystem rather than a traditional single-character action figure line. Its growing assortment of warriors, monsters, factions, weapons, armor, and creature designs allows collectors to build and customize their own fantasy worlds.
Pathfinder brings nearly 20 years of established lore, memorable heroes, fearsome monsters, and distinctive fantasy designs to that ecosystem.
The collaboration will allow Harvinger Studios to explore characters and creatures from throughout Pathfinder while creating figures that appeal to Pathfinder players, fantasy collectors, action figure enthusiasts, and Savage Crucible fans alike.
“Tabletop roleplaying and action figure collecting share an important common element: they allow people to physically interact with imaginary worlds,” Post added. “Being able to take something players have encountered around a Pathfinder table and place it on their shelf as a fully articulated figure is something we think is going to be very special.”
