Today at a special NVIDIA event at Gamescom, Bluehole announced that PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds has been enhanced with ShadowPlay Highlights. ShadowPlay Highlights is NVIDIA’s own capture program that will allow players to automatically record kills, ridiculous losses, and more insane happenings within supported games.
Players hoping to take advantage of GeForce Experience’s ShadowPlay Highlights in PUBG only need to have the latest version of PUBG, GeForce Experience 3.8 or higher, and a GeForce GTX graphics card. After you have everything updated, go into the in-game settings menu in PUBG and select “NVIDIA ShadowPlay Highlights.” To celebrate the launch of this feature, NVIDIA has started a contest for players hoping to take their game a little more seriously.
The rules of the contest are very simple: play PUBG, capture some crazy kills, knockdowns, or stunning losses, share them on Twitter or YouTube, and tag them with @PUBATTLEGROUNDS @NVIDIAGeForce and #ShadowPlayHighlights. The prizes include 3 GeForce GTX 1080 Ti GPUs and 50 GeForce GTX USB drives. The contest will be open until September 21st, 2017.
