Nintendo has announced a US release date for the New Nintendo 3DS.
The updated handheld will come stateside on February 13th. Only the XL model will be available in the States, meaning those looking for the smaller and cheaper model will have to settle for the larger $199.99 version.
The system will come in four different versions. Along with the Red and Black standard versions, a Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask edition and a Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate edition will all be available on the New 3DS’ launch date. The Monster Hunter system will come with Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate pre-installed and will cost $229.99.
The New 3DS features updated hardware, a second analog nub, as well as two new triggers, ZL and ZR.
