If you’re a PS3 owner who’s been itching to get some fighting game action in but are currently on a budget, good news! Namco has announced that Tekken Revolution is now available exclusively on the Playstation Network. This is a free-to-play take on the Tekken series, letting you choose from an initial cast of eight characters to play against both AI opponents and live players online. This one also has a stat-building system to set it apart from other Tekken titles, apparently allowing for some customization to suit your own personal style of play.
I’m tempted to give this one a shot, if only because I’ve always enjoyed the Tekken world – it errs on the side of humor more than most of its competition, and hey, I’m a guy who likes to laugh. If any of you try this out and have thoughts to share on it, let us know here at GT.
