Minecraft may be coming to Wii U as early as today

It may have originally seemed like Minecraft: Story Mode would be the first game in the series to make an appearance on Wii U, but it looks like the actual Minecraft that spawned the sensation could also be coming to Nintendo’s console in the near future.

Minecraft: Wii U Edition has now been rated by PEGI for a November 12th launch.

While there’s been no announcement of the game coming to Wii U by Nintendo or Mojang yet, it’s possible the reveal could be part of today’s Nintendo Direct at 5pm EST.
