Attendees of Star Wars Celebration will have the opportunity to pick up a Limited Edition Darth Vader commander expansion for the tabletop game Star Wars: Legion. This expansion will also feature a unit card with alternate art as well as reprints of Darth Vader’s three signature command cards.
Wherever Darth Vader goes, fear is sure to follow. His foes scatter at the first sound of his mechanical breathing and even his own troops fear the consequences should they fail him. Wielding his lightsaber with deadly efficiency and unleashing the power of the dark side of the Force on those that stand in his way, few can match him combat. There is only one Darth Vader, and those who attend Star Wars Celebration in Chicago from April 11 – 15 will have the chance to add a one-of-a-kind version of the Dark Lord of the Sith to their Star Wars™: Legion armies.
In addition to this miniature, Fantasy Flight Games will be hosting their own panel giving fans a chance to look at the process behind bringing Star Wars to life in the form of tabletop games. This panel will be hosted on Saturday, April 13th at 11 a.m. at the Twins Suns Stage. Mark Sorastro of Sorastro’s Painting will be hosting a panel on painting miniatures at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 14th, at the Collector’s Stage. And finally, Darren Tan will hand sign exclusive Star Wars Celebration art print throughout the event.
