Learn more about Final Fantasy XVI’s development from Momoka Aono and Eitaro Iwabuchi’s GDC talks

Last month, Lead Technical Artist Eitaro Iwabuchi and Game Designer Momoka Aono of Square Enix delivered three panels at GDC discussing the tools, strategies, and processes used to develop Final Fantasy XVI. The first panel ‘FINAL FANTASY XVI’: Wrangling Complexity to Deliver Top-Quality is free to watch for everyone while the other two are for members only at this time. The other two talks include insights into the cinematic workflow and pipeline of the game, as well as the design of Active Time Lore. You can watch the panels here.
