Last of Us: Remastered has a 50 GB Install Size

It looks like The Last of Us: Remastered is going to have a rather hefty install size when it comes to PlayStation 4 next week.

Copies of the remastered version of Naughty Dog’s PlayStation 3 exclusive have made their way out in the wild and Gamepur reports that the game has a 50 GB mandatory install size, which is a tenth of the current PlayStation 4’s hard drive.

The Last of Us: Remastered is slated for release on July 29th exclusively for PlayStation 4.

Naughty Dog recently confirmed that players can switch between some of the PlayStation 3 version of The Last of Us’ features when playing the remastered version at will. The studio has expressed that porting Last of Us to the PlayStation 4 was a difficult process, but if the end product is just as strong as the original version, it will be well worth it in our eyes.
