Two more indie ports for PS4: Journey and The Unfinished Swan

The PS4 is quickly becoming a haven for abstract indie titles. Announced this morning by their respective developers, Journey and The Unfinished Swan are both headed to the PS4 in all its high resolution glory. There’s no word on how the games are being enhanced other than adapting a 1080p resolution, but Journey’s developer, thatgamecompany, promises additional details are soon to come.

The PS4 port of The Unfinished Swan is being worked on by an external group, Armature Studio, who is responsible for the PS Vita versions of Batman: Arkham Origins, Injustice: Gods Among Us, and Metal Gear Solid HD Collection.

Sean started playing video games in infancy. He was not given a choice as much as a directive from his parents to be the best gamer on Earth. Sean was subjected to 10-12 hours of rigorous daily gaming throughout his youth, mastering the most complex video games and dominating online competitions. Sean's symbiotic relationship with video games led to writing about them for various gaming websites, and he is currently involved in sales strategy and analytics at one of the largest video game publishers in the world. Sean's mission is simple: Turn 100% of the human population into gamers, willingly or otherwise.
