Today, Electronic Arts Inc. announced that The Sims 4 Cats & Dogs Expansion Pack is available now on PC and Mac while The Sims 4 will be arriving on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on November 17th.
With the Cats & Dogs Expansion Pack, players can design their perfect pet with pawsitively petty personalities while also enjoying the new activities on the shores of Brindleton Bay.
“We know how much the community loves their real-life cats and dogs, and we’re so happy they can now bring their beloved four-legged companions into their Sims’ world,” said Lyndsay Pearson, Executive Producer on The Sims. “Cats and dogs have always been such a huge component to any Sims installment, and we’re so excited to finally bring these lovable friends into The Sims 4.”
The new create a pet tool allows players to choose from a wide variety of cat and dog breeds (or a mix) to give their pet a look completely unique to them. For the first time ever, players can now dress their cats and dogs in outrageous outfits and adorable accessories. Fans can also pursue their veterinarian dreams and open their own vet clinic.
This isn’t the only news for The Sims 4 today. Console owners will soon be able to enjoy almost all of The Sims 4’s expansive features on November 17th, 2017. In addition, several fan-favorite expansion packs will be available at launch such as The Sims 4 City Living Expansion Pack, The Sims 4 Vampires Game Pack, The Sims 4 Perfect Patio Stuff Pack and The Sims 4 Vintage Glamour Stuff Pack.
The Sims 4 will be released on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 for $49.99 on November 17th, 2017. The Sims 4 Cats & Dogs Expansion Pack is now available on PC and Mac on Origin for $39.99. New players can purchase the specially priced The Sims 4 and The Sims 4 Cats & Dogs Expansion Pack for $49.99.
