Fast foodies beware, there’s a new chain opening up, and you’re in charge of making sure everyone leaves satisfied. I’m Hungry, Winking Entertainment’s VR title, has players enjoying the chaotic world of working in a fastfood restaurant.
I’m Hungry is a Fastfood Restaurant Simulator for PSVR. With its fun interaction, comic book art style, and intuitive movement, players get to enjoy the thrill of racing with time while satisfying each customer’s order. In I’m Hungry, the player is the owner of a fast-food restaurant. By making fries, hamburgers, and milkshake in the VR world, I’m Hungry is both stressful and relaxing. By completing each order correctly and timely, each customer will reward players with coins that can later be used in upgrading equipment. One interest feature of I’m Hungry is that while the players complete each order, the game calculates the actual calories burned while playing the game, which makes it even better.
I’m Hungry takes advantage of the VR technology which perfectly shows a realistic fast-food kitchen to the gamers. In addition, the controller and the sensing technique can truly correct the player’s posture while simulating the fast-food restaurant work. Since the player’s in-game operation is exactly the same as the moving speed in the real world, the player won’t feel uncomfortable while playing I’m Hungry.
There are two modes to choose from in I’m Hungry: Career Mode where players complete tasks to earn money and Infinite Mode, where hardcore players see how long they can last.
I’m Hungry is available now on PlayStation VR for $16.99. For more information, visit the PlayStation store.
