It’s been six long years since Hitman: Blood Money, so some of you might be a little rusty on how this whole silent assassin thing works. Here’s a quick refresher: if your screen looks anything like this at any point while playing Hitman: Absolution this fall, Agent 47 is terribly disappointed with you and the entire level should started from scratch.
This is not a high-octane action game. No matter what the pretty, pretty screenshots herein might show, this is a tense, meticulous, and tautly paced test of wits to kill your targets in ways that won’t even seem like murder. Lesson one: it’s tough to keep a low profile with an assault rifle braced against your shoulder.
Hitman: Absolution is scheduled for a November 20th release on the 360, PS3, and PC.
