Games Workshop to release Warhammer Adventures animated shorts to promote upcoming books

Recently, Games Workshop announced that the Warhammer Adventures universe will be receiving a short run of weekly Saturday morning cartoons on the Warhammer Adventures YouTube channel. These will be released in part to promote the upcoming books in the kid-friendly book series.

Warhammer Adventures is a series of action-packed stories about brave heroes battling monstrous enemies and winning great victories against impossible odds in the far future universe of Warhammer 40,000 and the fantasy realms of Warhammer Age of Sigmar.

The six shorts will each focus on characters from the new books and will be released, appropriately, Saturday mornings. The currently released Warhammer Adventures books, Stories in an Age of Fantasy: City of Lifestone and Stories in an Age of The Far Future: Attack of the Necron have recently received audiobook treatments by Doctor Who’s Billie Piper and David Tennant respectively.

The next entries in the Warhammer Adventures book series will be released this summer. For more information, visit the Warhammer Adventures website.
