Tribute Games has announced the release date for its upcoming platformer Flinthook. The game will be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Steam April 18.
Players take control of the titular Flinthook, the galaxy’s smallest but toughest pirate as he uses his hookshot to steal treasure and save the world. Players will be able to shoot in a 360 degree angle using Flinthook’s Blasma Pistol. In addition to these tools, Flinthook can utilize a rechargeable slow motion power, which can help with aiming or positioning stunts.
Ships are procedurally built from hundreds of hand-crafted rooms, and levels are populated by a host of various enemies. Additionally, you can collect rare relics and powerful perk cards that will help you in your journey to take down the pirate lords of the Cluster Clan.
Flinthook will be available on April 18 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Steam this April. Stay tuned for more news on Gaming Trend.
