There’s now a concrete release date for Final Fantasy Type-0 HD and it will come with a demo for Final Fantasy XV.
Game Informer reports that Type-0 HD, the enhanced remake of the PSP game coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, will come to North America on March 17, 2015 and on March 20th in Europe.
The game will reportedly come with a voucher for Final Fantasy XV Episode Duscae, a playable demo for the long-in-development fifteenth mainline iteration of the series.
The demo will allow players to “see some of the opening scenes in action,” however “some elements of the progression will be altered in order to make it more suitable for a demo experience.”
Fans have been waiting for Final Fantasy XV for nearly a decade, as it was intially unveiled in 2006 under the name Final Fantasy Versus XIII alongside the original Final Fantasy XIII. The game was re-revealed as Final Fantasy XV at Sony’s 2013 E3 press conference.
