A new gameplay trailer showcasing visual upgrades such as ray tracing support and details about how the stealth system will work was just released for Den of Wolves at the PC Gaming Show 2025.
10 Chambers, founded by PAYDAY creator Ulf Andersson, unveiled a new gameplay trailer for Den of Wolves at PC Gaming Show 2025, highlighting stealth mechanics in a corporate showroom set in dystopian Midway City. The tension escalates as players attempt—and ultimately fail—a high-stakes infiltration, setting the tone for the game’s blend of strategy, improvisation, and chaos.
Den of Wolves is a 4-player co-op heist FPS set in 2097 Midway City, where unregulated corporate power and invasive neurotechnology rule. As criminals for hire in this hyper-capitalistic setting, players execute "unauthorized errands"—industrial espionage, sabotage, assassinations, and data theft.
Following the trailer, the show spotlighted 10 Chambers in a behind-the-scenes studio portrait segment, featuring interviews with Ulf Andersson, Simon Viklund, and Anders Svärd. The team spoke about the game’s most ambitious feature to date: The Dive.
"The Dive is essentially what occurs when you hack into someone's mind," explained Andersson. "It allows players to be catapulted from an intense gunfight directly into an entirely different scenario — whether that’s bouncing around in zero gravity or evading monstrous creatures in a Norwegian forest. As long as it's engaging and collaborative, the possibilities are endless."
The trailer displays notable visual enhancements, including the use of ray tracing.
“We continue to work closely with our friends at Unity. Last year, Den of Wolves was one of the flagship games that transitioned to Unity 6, resulting in improved visuals and performance. By now adding ray tracing to the mix – it looks prettier than ever”, says Oscar J-T Holm, co-founder of 10 Chambers.
