In a new video released today, more gameplay details have been revealed for the Petroglyph and Funcom RTS, Conan Unconquered. Rather than conquering surrounding areas, Conan Unconquered is all about protecting your stronghold from waves of enemies in what is conquered a real time survival strategy game.
Conan Unconquered is a fast-paced strategy game where players face wave after wave of enemies in ever-increasing numbers and difficulty. To withstand the savage hordes players must build an unconquerable stronghold and put up walls and other defensive measures to avoid utter destruction. While the game can be played entirely in single-player, two players can also play together online to build a shared stronghold while fending off the enemy hordes allowing for a unique, cooperative multiplayer experience.
Conan Unconquered will be released on PC for $29.99 for the standard edition and $39.99 for the deluxe edition. The deluxe edition includes the base game, the in-game spell-casting hero unit Kalanthes, the King Conan hero unit, digital soundtrack, and an original Conan unconquered eBook by Scott Oden.
