Buying an Xbox One Next Week Gets You Any Retail Game You Want For Free

If you were thinking about getting an Xbox One soon, you might find this upcoming deal pretty enticing.

Microsoft has announced a new promotion that will allow any US customer who buys an Xbox One from “participating retailers” (no real specificity regarding what those retailers are) during the week of September 7th-13th to also get a free retail game of their choice. Whether you want to start with a launch title like Ryse: Son of Rome, or Destiny which comes out next week.

The deal applies to both Xbox One with or without Kinect, the Madden NFL 15 bundle and the Forza Motorsport 5 bundle. In order to get your free game, it must be brand new (not pre-owned or refurbished) and cannot be used for a pre-order.
