Bungie will unveil Destiny’s next expansion next week

Bungie plans to reveal what’s next for Destiny next week ahead of this year’s E3.

News of this comes through a post on the studio’s website where it was confirmed that Destiny’s next content add-on would be revealed on Bungie’s Twitch channel on Thursday, June 9th, at 10 AM Pacific. No information about what this new content would entail was revealed, but it has been confirmed that it will launch at some point “later on this year.”

Leaked marketing materials have already revealed that the next Destiny expansion is likely called “Rise of Iron,” but nothing beyond the name is currently known.
