Today, Ubisoft released a new trailer for the highly anticipated Far Cry 5. In this trailer, you meet the resistance, a group of people tired of the cult’s takeover and will do anything to get it back. The Guns & Fangs for Hire looking to take back Hope County from a viscous cult.
This new trailer briefly covers the Resistance Meter. The Resistance Meter will act as the game’s level up system and as you disrupt Eden’s Gate’s plans, your meter will increase. This will allow you to earn more skills and encounter more cult members. Each region has its own Resistance Meter and once it reaches its highest level, the final showdown against the Herald begins.
Players can also team up with their friends using the Friends for Hire feature, which turns the campaign into a co-op experience that extends across all missions.
Far Cry 5 will be available on March 27th, 2018 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. For more information, visit the official website.
