Put a little pep in your step this Monday as Butterscotch Shenanigans has announced that it will release its upcoming user-created platformer Levelhead on PC and mobile later this year, with a mystery console release afterwards. The developer has also released a new gameplay trailer which features some of the mechanics players will get to experience in this snazzy new platform game.
From Butterscotch Shenanigans’ official blog:
Build a nightmarish deathtrap, a puzzle that would make Einstein weep, or an arena of enemy-bopping action in our upcoming platformer/maker, Levelhead. Then sit back, cackle maniacally, and share your creation with friends and followers.
LISTEN AHHHP, INTERN. The Bureau of Shipping has a bunch of baby artificial intelligences (or B.A.I’s) runnin’ around, and someone’s gotta teach them the ROPES. That someone is YOU. You’ve been assigned your very own B.A.I. called GR-18. You’ll need to work that little bot through training, then build and share obstacle courses with the other Levelheads so we can start dispatching these A.I. across the galaxy!
The developer has also announced that you can play and share levels online, and Levelhead will have cross-platform support for those that want to play PC levels on the go. Check out the gameplay trailer above, and stay tuned for more news here on Gaming Trend.
