Bethesda announces The Evil Within 2 – out later this year

During its E3 press conference today, Bethesda revealed The Evil Within 2 with a cinematic trailer, gameplay, and a release date: October 13 of this year.

Tango Gameworks’ follow-up third-person horror game features returning protagonist Sebastian Castellanos as he contends with all manner of horrifying bosses and ethereal beings, as seen in the gruesome reveal trailer.

The Evil Within 2 launches for PS4, Xbox One and PC on October 13—which happens to be Friday the 13, because why the hell not? Bethesda also revealed several other games and DLC titles coming out this year, including DOOM VFR and Fallout 4 VR, new Dishonored 2 DLC, and Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus.

STORY:

Detective Sebastian Castellanos has lost everything, including his daughter, Lily.
