Renegade Game Studios recently announced that they are bringing back Axis & Allies WWI 1914, a much beloved entry in the 42-year old wargaming franchise. This release will serve as the first limited edition offering in the Axis & Allies line under Renegade, but Renegade plans to bring back multiple classics on a rotating basis and will allow fans who join the Officer’s Club to participate in polls which will be used to determine which out of print titles are brought back.
The new Renegade release of Axis & Allies WWI 1914 will include past errata and updates to the rulebook and add 4 additional German and 2 additional British infantry figures, and 20 more plastic chips. Otherwise, the game will remain the same as its original release. Axis & Allies WWI 1914 will have an MSRP of $99.99 and is expected to release at GenCon, followed by a worldwide release at game and specialty stores this August.
