On Nintendo’s Twitter account, it’s been revealed that ARMS will receive an in-depth set of customizable button configurations. This option will be available for all control methods, including motion controls with a Joy-con in each hand.

This is big news for players unhappy with the current button layout. If someone were to be unhappy with having to push in the left stick to block, that can now be mapped to a button such as L, or the right stick, if you’d prefer that for some reason.
The ARMS 3.0 update is expected to go live sometime next week, Nintendo hasn’t yet shared specific details. Curious to know what we thought about ARMS? Check out our review.
