Activision will be releasing free DLC for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5

While it almost certainly won’t equate to the $60 you may have spent on it, Activision has announced plans to release free DLC for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 as an apology for all the issues the game has suffered since launch.

Two new stages and five additional skaters will be coming to the game in future updates, but there’s nothing in the way of specifics as to what exactly they are or when they will be available. Activision released a statement to Polygon yesterday, claiming to be aware of Pro Skater 5’s issues and working to solve them. Since the game’s launch on Tuesday, players have reported issues with game-breaking bugs and poor controls. Pro Skater 5 is still slated to come to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on November 10th.
