I’ve been playing The Elder Scrolls Online since alpha, and it was an absolute pleasure to get to sit down with ZeniMax Online Studios Art Director Jared Carr, and The Elder Scrolls Online Art Director CJ Grebb.
In this interview we discuss how their art has evolved over the years, their backgrounds before hopping on board with Bethesda, what real life inspiration they draw from to create the worlds we all know and love in the Elder Scrolls, and much more.
You’ll see stunning artwork shared by the team in the video, and learn how they went about designing Blackwood, the newest zone in the upcoming ESO Chapter, also named Blackwood, which is launching on June 1st.
You can still pre-order Blackwood and get some really cool in-game items. Prices start at $39.99 USD, and they have several versions including Collectors Edition.
As always, thanks for reading and supporting Gaming Trend, and we hope you enjoy the interview!
