We Interview: Connor Dougan + Josh Looman (Creative Director + Lead Designer) about their work with Madden NFL 25 and Franchise Mode!

We once again had the chance to talk to Connor Dougan about Madden this year, a lot of the things we discussed in last year’s interview about Madden NFL 24 came to the forefront of the announcements for Madden NFL 25. It is amazing to see how the “plans on plans on plans, we just can’t announce them yet” has become reality. So much work has gone into making Madden NFL 25 feel fresh compared to recent installments, which you’ll be able to hear a bit about from Connor in the interview.

Alongside Connor is Josh Looman, who took the bull by the horns to make sure Franchise Mode is as amazing as we want it to be this year! He has had many years of experience with Franchise Mode in the older installments of the game. Speaking to him, he knows what fans are looking for from Franchise Mode. You’ll hear him talking about the new scenarios which has been a huge desire for many fans.

Both Connor and Josh have such a passion for Madden, yes, but the passion for Franchise Mode makes me beyond excited about the future of the mode and for Madden in general.
