Recently, Capcom released two new costumes for Ryu and Chun-Li in Street Fighter V. Costumes, characters, and stages aren’t anything new to the game but these costumes are special as all proceeds will be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Priced at $4.99 each or $9.99 for both, these costumes support a great cause and look good doing it.
Like all costumes, you select these when choosing your character. For both characters, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation costumes have two color pallets- one that’s pink, red, and black and another that’s white with pink accents. Ryu has some nice asymmetry going on, with his left arm sporting pads while the right shows off the set’s black underlayer. Chun-Li conversely has pads protecting her legs and an ornate yet casual looking jacket. Both costumes have various ribbons hanging off of them naturally to mimic the Breast Cancer Research Foundation’s logo. Overall, the costumes both look fantastic and add a unique look to the characters otherwise unavailable in the game.
While we received these costumes for free, 100% of profits made from our video showcasing them will be donated to Breast Cancer Research Foundation. In addition to any funds raised, Capcom will also be donating a minimum of $25,000 which will fund 500 hours of research. This campaign runs from October 12th to November 12th, so buy those costumes for a good cause and beat the tar out of breast cancer!
