Merry Christmas Everyone!

Here we are again, the end of another year. A time to reflect on the games we enjoyed most, a time to listen in on game reviewers as they debate over what the best game of the year was. There are plenty of go-to games to choose from: Skyrim, Uncharted 3, Skyward Sword, Batman: Arkham City… And the list trails on.

What made 2011 special, however, was that there was more to it than a “go-to” list. Indie games like Bastion and Trine 2 were phenomenal examples of what a small group of alarmingly talented and creative game developers can do.

So, enjoy your time off from school and/or work, bask in the glow of the games that made it such a great year, and have a happy holidays.

Merry Christmas, everyone!

Sean was subjected to 10-12 hours of rigorous daily gaming throughout his youth, mastering the most complex video games and dominating online competitions. Sean's symbiotic relationship with video games led to writing about them for various gaming websites, and he is currently involved in sales strategy and analytics at one of the largest video game publishers in the world. Sean's mission is simple: Turn 100% of the human population into gamers, willingly or otherwise.
