Today, Torpor games announced that Suzerain and the Kingdom of Rizia DLC are now available on Xbox One, Series X|S, and PlayStation 4 and 5.
Torpor Games is excited to announce the launch of its critically acclaimed political strategy game Suzerain and its DLC expansion Suzerain: Kingdom of Rizia on Xbox and PlayStation. This marks the first time the award-winning franchise is available on console platforms.
In Suzerain, players assume the role of President Anton Rayne, guiding the fictional nation of Sordland through political, social, and economic upheaval. Every choice carries weight, from cabinet meetings to press conferences, shaping both the nation’s future and the president’s legacy.
With a branching narrative exceeding one million words, over fifty unique characters, nine major endings, and more than twenty-five variations, every playthrough offers a unique experience. In-game reports, news updates, and a detailed codex allow players to explore the wider Suzerain universe, its history, nations, and ideologies.
The Kingdom of Rizia expansion adds a monarchy-driven campaign, placing players on the throne as King Romus Toras.
Rule over South Merkopa, balancing tradition, power, and survival, while forging alliances or rivalries, managing resources like energy and authority, and navigating complex family, religious, and political dynamics. Engage in turn-based warfare where every decision counts, from training Rizian Armed Forces to leading them through complex tactical operations.
Players can deepen their experience by transferring a save to see how past choices in Suzerain shape Rizia’s future, or to embark on a new journey by defining their own Anton Rayne archetype.
