However you play, NBA 2K26 will be showing that off, and we've gotten a specific roadmap to when you'll learn more about each feature. Check it all out below as you slam dunk that pre-order.
Today, 2K revealed the NBA 2K26 campaign roadmap calendar, outlining key beats in the countdown to Early Access on August 29 and the global release on September 5, 2025.

Over the next few weeks, fans can expect updates on new features, enhancements and innovations across modes, leaving no doubt that NBA 2K26 is the most immersive iteration yet. In addition to the NBA 2K26 Roadmap, 2K also revealed a sneak peek at a handful of new updates coming to 2K26, ahead of the full reveals. NBA 2K26 will be available on September 5 on PlayStation®5 (PS5®), PlayStation®4 (PS4®), Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch™, and Nintendo Switch 2. Early access will start one week prior on Friday, August 29, 2025 at 9:00 AM PDT for PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC players that pre-order the Superstar Edition or the limited time Leave No Doubt Edition.
