Munich, Germany / Vienna, Austria - December 3rd, 2025: Heroes, brace yourselves: Titan Quest II drops a massive Early Access update today, packed with Relics, Charms, a brand new Forge Mastery, multiplayer support, and German localization! Additionally, French and Chinese localizations are already in active development.
Sharpen Your Steel: Relics & Charms Arrive
This update introduces around 40 Charms and Relics, laying the foundation for an expanding system with more items to come! You know the feeling: you find a weapon that looks incredible, fits your build, and hits like a runaway minotaur… yet you still wonder if it could be even stronger. Until now, there was nothing more you could do. That changes today! With this update, Relics and Charms enter the world of Titan Quest II: powerful new socketable items that can be embedded into your weapons, armor, rings, and amulets.
Charms are more common and drop logically: skeletons drop bones, boars drop hides. Each Charm fragment grants a bonus, and combining three fragments adds an additional upgrade. Relics follow the same rules but are much rarer and dramatically more potent. Three fragments of the Essence of Zeus’ Thunderbolt not only increase attack/cast speed and lightning damage, but also grant a chance to instantly kill non-boss enemies.
A New Mastery Rises: Forge
Inspired by the myth of Hephaistos, god of invention and craft, Titan Quest II welcomes its newest Mastery: Forge. Exiled from Olympos, Hephaistos survived by creating automatons, tools, and intricate mechanisms, an origin that shaped this mastery’s identity.
With Forge, players can:
- Reinforce weapons and armor mid-combat
- Use Damage Reflection as a build-direction
- Deploy mechanical devices like blade traps and sentry turrets to control the battlefield
- Combine Forge with other masteries: Storm infused traps? Earth boosted constructs? Warfare synergy? The possibilities are vast!
Multiplayer Integrated Into the Main Build
Multiplayer is now fully included in the main Early Access client, allowing heroes to conquer Greece together from day one of the update.
German Localization Available Today
As quietly teased in recent weeks, German localization is now live. Localization into French and Chinese is currently in progress.
