The limbless legend returns tomorrow with Rayman: 30th Anniversary Edition

Rediscover the Platforming Classic with a Commemorative Edition Featuring Never-Before-Seen Content

The limbless legend returns tomorrow with Rayman: 30th Anniversary Edition

After years of radio silence, Rayman finally returns. Today, Ubisoft announced that Rayman: 30th Anniversary Edition will be available tomorrow, Februuary 13th, 2026, on Ubisoft+, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via the Ubisoft Store and Steam.

Developed by Digital Eclipse in collaboration with Ubisoft Montpellier, this anniversary release celebrates three decades of the beloved 1995 classic with five versions of the game, including PlayStation, Atari Jaguar, MS-DOS, Game Boy Advance, and Game Boy Color. Players will be transported back into the magical world of Rayman, navigating familiar settings like the Dream Forest and the musical chaos of the Band Lands to help rescue Electoons and save the world from Mr. Dark.
The definitive edition preserves everything players love about the original game, alongside new content, including a never-before-playable SNES prototype, 120 additional levels from bonus level packs, a faithfully reimagined soundtrack by composer Christophe Héral and enhanced gameplay features such as a 60-second rewind, infinite lives and invincibility.

In addition, Rayman: 30th Anniversary Edition features an exclusive interactive documentary. It invites fans behind the scenes with over 50 minutes of brand-new interviews with the original developers, as well as never-before-seen concept art, early sketches, and design documents that trace the origins and evolution of the legendary limbless hero.
Rayman: 30th Anniversary Edition will be available for a suggested retail price of $19.99. The physical edition will be available in select regions in June.

Hopefully this is just the start of Rayman's return to glory as one of gaming's best platforming mascots hasn't gotten a proper new game since 2013's Rayman Legends. We'll have to wait and see, but keep an eye on GamingTrend to find out.
