Thank Goodness You’re Here! laughs it’s way into storefronts today

I’ve heard a lot about Thank Goodness You’re Here! over the last couple of days, and I need to play it. Thank goodness, it’s finally here! See what I did there? The comedy indie is out now on PlayStation 4 and 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Go and check it out now for a load of larfs.

PORTLAND, AUGUST 1, 2024 – Coal Supper and publisher Panic are positively giddy to release the comedy slapformer Thank Goodness You’re Here! onto Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 & 5, Steam, and the Epic Games Store for $19.99 with a 15% off launch discount. Owners of Untitled Goose Game can also get an additional 10% off of Thank Goodness You’re Here! on Steam and Switch, through a new bundle for people who specifically enjoy causing mayhem in the British countryside.

As players adventure across a delightfully surreal Northern English town full of odd neighbors, encounter the voice work of beloved actors and comedians, including the legendary British actor Matt Berry (What We Do in the Shadows, Toast of London, Fallout) who lends his distinctive voice to the character of Herbert The Gardner.

“For the past few years we’ve squeezed every colloquialism, bit of regional dialect, and phoned-in double entendre we had into this sweet pulpy shot of a videogame,” says Will Todd, co-creator of Thank Goodness You’re Here! “While we may now be marrowless husks, we hope you enjoy your short romp in Barnsworth – chip pan fire capital of the North!”

“Coal Supper are perverse geniuses, sure, but we let it get out of hand.” says Nick Suttner, Panic’s Director of Publishing. “They cold-pitched us and blew us away, so of course we wanted to be a part of their first full-scale console game. But look at this monstrosity they’ve wrought. God forgive us.”
