Take down Slim Shady in HITMAN World of Assassination

Today, IO Interactive released a new Elusive Target mission featuring Rap icon Eminem. The mission is available from December 1st, 2025 to December 31st, 2025.

IO Interactive, the independent video game developer and publisher behind, among others, the internationally acclaimed HITMAN franchise, launches today a new Elusive Target, Eminem vs. Slim Shady. The limited-time mission stars rap icon, GRAMMY® and Academy Award® winner Eminem, with the mission available from December 1^st through December 31^st. The new Elusive Target mission is available globally for free starting today as part of the Free Starter Pack, and for HITMAN WOA players, on PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, ROG Xbox Ally X, ROG Xbox Ally, PC, Nintendo Switch™*, Nintendo Switch™2*, iPhone, iPad, and playable in VR on PS VR2 and PC VR.

“I’ve been trying to put Slim to rest, but he keeps coming back. So this time, I’m calling in a professional to get the job done once and for all. We've got some surprises in store for everyone...it's a battle for the ages,” shared Eminem.

Eminem vs. Slim Shady – Available for free starting December 1^st

Rap icon Eminem enters the World of Assassination as both himself and his twisted alter ego, Slim Shady. After trying to bury his other self in “The Death of Slim Shady,” Eminem now enlists Agent 47 to erase his past for good. In the new mission briefing trailer shared today, we learn more about this new assignment. In this surreal mission, created by IO Interactive with Eminem , and creative director/producer Paul Rosenberg, players will have to infiltrate a Hokkaido medical facility transformed into the Popsomp Hills Asylum, navigating eerie spaces and unexpected turns. The mission is playable for free as part of the Free Starter Pack for players who do not own the game, and as an Elusive Target mission for HITMAN WOA players.

Eminem vs. Slim Shady Pack – Available now in Digital Stores (RRP: $4.99/€4.99/£3.99)

The Eminem vs. Slim Shady, a brand new DLC pack themed after the latest Elusive Target, is also available for a limited time only, starting today and until the end of the mission, on December 31^st, on all platforms.

A new roadmap starts today with the Season of Eminem vs. Slim Shady set to bring new content to players, starring the new Elusive Target mission featuring the Rap Icon. As always, the new season brings its share of new content, including new Challenges, new Featured Contracts, and new Twitch Drops.

HITMAN WOA available on new platforms starting today

HITMAN World of Assassination is also launching today on the ROG XBOX Ally X and ROG XBOX Ally, giving players a new option to play as Agent 47 on the go. The new Elusive Target mission featuring Eminem vs. Slim Shady is playable day one on these new devices. The game is also now an Xbox Play Anywhere title, allowing players to enjoy seamless play across Xbox consoles and Microsoft PC with shared progress and achievements.
