The World Tour, Battle Hub and Fighting Ground modes allow players to explore and challenge notable characters from the series, battle against other players online, or practice on their own with helpful guides. Control systems ranging from Classic, Modern and Dynamic allow anyone from FGC players to casual gamers to enjoy the game on their own terms. Characters old and new have also made their debut in the game, creating new fandoms and driving more creativity than ever before.

This milestone is just the beginning, and as Luke says, “we’re not done yet,” as players can expect more content updates with upcoming characters to look forward to, such as Alex coming in Winter 2026, followed by Ingrid in Spring 2026.
