Games Workshop continued its slow but steady rollout of Warhammer 40K's next edition, with the reveal of a new Ork Weirdboy miniature. The miniature shows the dangerous ork psyker with its eyes bulging and ready to unleash a psychic attack on its (likely) Space Marines foes. The Ork Weirdboy looks nearly identical to the Weirdboy featured in Games Workshop's Cinematic Trailer for Warhammer 40K's 11th edition. In that video, the Weirdboy literally vomited green, caustic, psychically-charged bile onto its foes.
The Orks are one of two factions featured in the upcoming Armageddon box, which will serve as the primary launch point for Warhammer 40K's new edition this summer. The other faction, of course, is the famed Space Marines. Lorewise, the Orks and forces of the Imperium have been engaged in a near-constant state of warfare over the planet of Armageddon, an industrial Hive World. Famed commissar Yarrick has recently made a return to the planet of Armageddon to coordinate its defenses in the wake of yet another wave of ork foes.
