Loot Studios makes some incredible stuff to 3D print, and today they are doing a pivot to something surprising – an awesome chess set! Dubbed "Epic Fantasy Chess", the pieces absolutely live up to the name. The set is perfectly crafted to contrast between light and dark, comes with all of the pieces you'll need to build the set, as well as an ornate table to play it on.
The team has taken into account that you might be printing on resin, monocolor, or dual color FDM materials. Each of the pieces is sized to match the official piece sizes to make it an authentic playing experience (but nobody can tell you no if you want to size it up!)
This is a completely standalone project, so you don't have to pick up a subscription (though they do have over 3000 figures big, small, massive, and everything in between, with new ones every month) so this can be a one and done. At launch the set is just $39.99 (down from $47) so snap it up fast!
