Players can enjoy a teaser for what’s to come in the case “Honey, I Shrunk the Detectives” on Steam.

Initially announced during the 2025 Unity Awards showcase, Detective McQueen and Officer Dooley are back in action to crack the paranormal cases of Twin Lakes once more in the 3rd installment of the titular series. Fans of the series or newcomers alike can dive into six spooky cases and appreciate the city of Twin Lakes – a beautifully handcrafted, pixel-art universe and narrative, quirky inhabitants with at least one strange occurrence per case, guaranteed!
In "Honey, I Shrunk the Detectives," McQueen and Dooley find themselves on their biggest case yet– shrunk to the size of mice in the Darkside Division office, surrounded by magical artifacts, talking rats, and a particularly poor plumbing system. Players will get a taste of Darkside Detective point-and-click action in the bite-sized case available now on Steam, Mac, Linux, and Steam Deck!
