Supergiant Games announced that Hades II is hitting Xbox Series X|S (including Game Pass) and PlayStation 5 on April 14. Both versions run at 120fps and come with bonus content and quality-of-life updates. Existing PC and Switch owners will get those improvements via a same-day patch.
The game originally launched as v1.0 on September 25, 2025 on PC, Nintendo Switch 2, and Nintendo Switch, and went on to become the highest-rated game of 2025 on both Metacritic and OpenCritic. It also picked up a string of awards, including Best Action Game at both The Game Awards and D.I.C.E. Awards, Best Game on Steam Deck at the Steam Awards, and Best Foreign Game at the Pégases Awards.
