Ghetto Zombies: Graffiti Squad will be the first Xbox-exclusive title published by Nuntius Games

Brazilian game inspired by Zombies Ate My Neighbors gets a new reveal trailer and confirms exclusive console launch on Xbox

Ghetto Zombies: Graffiti Squad will be the first Xbox-exclusive title published by Nuntius Games
The Brazilian game Ghetto Zombies: Graffiti Squad, developed by Fogo Games and published by Nuntius Games, has officially revealed its release date on Steam: October 27, 2025. On consoles, it will launch later this year exclusively on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One.
What is Ghetto Zombies: Graffiti Squad?

Inspired by the classic Zombies Ate My Neighbors, the game blends top-down actionwild shooting, and urban street style in a city overrun by zombies and graffiti art.

Players control a crew of graffiti artists fighting off zombie hordes while spreading their art across the city. Each stage challenges players to survive, paint, and reclaim neighborhoods, using crazy weapons, power-ups, and lots of creativity. The game also supports local co-op play.

The Hood as the Protagonist

Creative Director and Producer Fábio Pacheco shared how the idea for the game came to life:

“We wanted to make a game where the hood was the protagonist, and at the time we were obsessed with top-down shooters full of crazy weapons like Enter the Gungeon and Atomicrops. We mixed those elements, and that’s how Ghetto Zombies was born.”

Xbox Exclusivity and Support

On the Xbox partnership, Fábio explained:

“Xbox was one of our main investors in making this project possible. With the ID@Xbox fund, we were able to develop the game for almost an entire year, in addition to all the support they gave us — inviting us to events and providing training. We wanted to dedicate this console launch to them as a way of giving back for all that partnership.”
