We really liked the last few printers from FLSUN. Their delta printers, the T1, S1, and S1 Pro all reviewed well in our testing, and the improvements across generations have been both thoughtful and timely. Quieter, faster, reliable – the only thing left on the checklist is "bigger!", right? Well, FLSUN heard us on that one, too. Announcing the FLSUN T1MAX – their newest delta printer that manages to not only go big, it also does while delivering shockingly fast speeds. Let's dig into the details.

  • Ultra-Stable: Significantly reduced failure rate; print success rate up to 85%.
  • Ultra-Fast: 1000mm/s print speed with 30,000mm/s² acceleration boosts throughput like never before.
  • Extra-Large Print Volume: 300✖297mm³ (Max cylinder height: 251mm), allowing for large, complex models to be printed in a single pass—minimizing seams and assembly time.
  • Farm-Ready Production Tool: Supports clustered printing and small-batch manufacturing.
  • Smart defect-skipping logic enables continuous, reliable operation under real production conditions.
  • Easy Maintenance: Average replacement time for wear parts under 15 minutes. Delta arms can be disassembled in about 10 seconds.
  • Advanced Filament Detection: Improved breakage/resume accuracy.
  • Wi-Fi 6 Upgrade: Enhanced connectivity and transmission stability thanks to upgraded Wi-Fi 6 support.
  • Low Noise Operation: Noise level optimized.

Those are some pretty awesome bullet points. We'd need our hands on the system ourselves to verify them, but FLSUN cites their work with toy manufacturer Jin Qi Toy Factory who paired up eight of these into a farm to build out seven 3.2 foot long articulated print-on-plate dragons. Not shying away from real-world conditions, they freely revealed that the factory suffered a power issue, causing an unintentional but successful test of the power resume capabilities of the new printer. (One printer suffered an issue requiring it be unplugged)

As someone who is printing some absolutely massive parts for an upcoming Space Marine armor cosplay, I have to admit that the T1 Max's 300✖297mm³ (Max cylinder height: 251mm) and high speed would speed up my printing work dramatically. Better still, the cost for Early Birds pricing is just $479 (popping back up to $549 after the pre-sale period). There's something for those of us who already own printers, though.

If you have a FLSUN 3D printer, you can contact customer support to get yourself a coupon to get an exclusive discount coupon, as well as a FREE extension on your warranty extending from one year to a full two years of support – three years if you happen to be in Europe. Of note, this is ONLY available during the pre-sale period, so consider this a bonus.

The last announcement that I was exited to see was FLSUN re-committing to a fully open source environment. The system will have fully open firmware and software, allowing things like adjustments to Klipper settings to squeeze every bit of power out of this system.

If you're looking for a new printer for your own farm, you won't have to wait long -- the pre-sale period will take place between the 25th of June to the 25th of July. You can snap it up for yourself right here. (link)

There is a T1 Max and T1 Pro printer model, and it's worth putting them side-by-side to showcase the differences. We've got a spec sheet that showcases those differences so you can evaluate which is the right one for you, and also showcase the generational differences between them. Observe:

We're working to get our hands on a T1MAX to test for ourselves. Stay tuned right here at GamingTrend.com for all your 3D printing news.
