Death Stranding 2 goes on tour

Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is set to release on June 26th and to celebrate Kojima Productions is taking the game on tour to 12 locations, with each stop featuring special guests and events.

May 15^th, 2025 – KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS confirmed today that the studio is gearing up to visit 12 locations across the globe to celebrate the launch of DEATH STRANDING 2: ON THE BEACH, arriving exclusively on PlayStation®5 on June 26^th, 2025.

Porters, tie your boots and grab your pack because the launch of DEATH STRANDING 2: ON THE BEACH is just around the corner. Reunite with Sam as he embarks on a mission to reconnect the fragmented remnants of humanity. Venturing beyond the UCA, Sam is joined by new companions as he sets out to once again save a broken world, this time plagued by a haunting question: should we have connected?  

Fans around the world will be able to join a celebration of all things DEATH STRANDING as part of a World Tour, with special guests and events at each stop.  

The dates and locations of the DEATH STRANDING WORLD STRAND TOUR 2 are as follows:

*26th June - Tokyo
*28th June - Paris
*30th June - London
*4th July - Seoul
*6th July - Taipei
*9th July - Hong Kong
*12th July - Shanghai
*August - Riyadh
*October - Sao Paulo
*November - Lucca

In DEATH STRANDING 2: ON THE BEACH, embark on an inspiring mission of human connection beyond the UCA. Sam—with companions by his side—sets out on a new journey to save humanity from extinction. Step by step, legendary game creator Hideo Kojima changes the world once again.

DEATH STRANDING 2: ON THE BEACH sees Norman Reedus, Léa Seydoux, and Troy Baker return to Hideo Kojima’s genre defying universe. They will be joined by Elle Fanning, Shioli Kutsuna, and Academy Award-winning film director George Miller.

Hideo Kojima is joined by longtime collaborator Yoji Shinkawa who will direct character and mechanical design, with Ludvig Forssell and Kyle Cooper reprising their roles as musical director and title designer, respectively.

KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS recently hosted a special panel for DEATH STRANDING 2: ON THE BEACH at this year’s SXSW in Austin, Texas. Hideo Kojima was joined by Norman Reedus, Troy Baker and Woodkid for the panel where the latest DEATH STRANDING 2: ON THE BEACH news was announced.
