ASUS ROG Xbox Ally and X are now available

If you've been waiting to get into PC handhelds because you want something more "Xbox" oriented, you won't get closer than this. The ASUS ROG Xbox Ally and X can now be purchased, so go get one before they sell out! We have one, and you'll be able to check out our full review soon.

Today, the ROG Xbox Ally and ROG Xbox Ally X launched globally for players across 45 countries worldwide, with more on the way. Developed in partnership with ASUS, these handhelds bring the freedom of Windows together with the Xbox experience so you can play your way, wherever you go. 

For global availability of both the ROG Xbox Ally and ROG Xbox Ally X, check Xbox, the ASUS eShop and participating retailers worldwide. To find retailers in your region, head to Xbox.com.   

To help players unlock the full potential of their handheld, we’ve pulled together a few resources that will make the experience with the Xbox Ally handhelds smooth, fun, and customized to their preferences:  

• To make sure players are ready on day one, we’ve created a Getting Started guide with tips and best practices. The guide will walk players through customizing their gaming experience so they can start playing right away.   

o   This includes how to start a conversation with Gaming Copilot on the Xbox Ally devices, where players can get recommendations, tips, and insights with the push of a button.  

• For the first play session, we’ve rounded up a selection of great games to try on the Xbox Ally from our Handheld Compatibility program, including Gears of War: Reloaded, South of Midnight, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, and Hollow Knight: Silksong. Check out the full list of games waiting for players when they power on their handheld here.  
• We also have a new lineup of Designed for Xbox ROG Xbox Ally accessories (sold separately) available now. Whether it’s high-speed storage to carry more of their library, or a premium case built for travel, players will have more ways to personalize their handheld experience.
