We Interview: Drew Rechner

During the original release of Star Wars Outlaws, Lead Editor David Burdette and I took the jump to Hyperspace into a wild adventure with Kay Vess, Nix, and ND-5 to gain their freedom and some credits in a galaxy full of outlaws and bandits.

Now, after a few updates and DLC's already, we have A Pirate's Fortune, featuring the appearance of fan favorite Hondo Ohnaka with Jim Cummings returning as the voice for this iconic personality.

This adventure is full of daring rescues and wacky moments, par the course with Hondo involved. The team has been doing a great job of fitting these moments into the Star Wars canon and this works in perfectly, as you'll hear about in our interview with Creative Director, Drew Rechner.

We got to sit down with Drew and discuss the new DLC and the work that goes into making something as big as A Pirate's Fortune with a new post game story with Hondo and plenty of new additions to the game including stowing blasters you find on your person and the ability to blast enemies while driving.
